As summer lingers on the horizon, Pumpkin Blossom Farm invites you to a Garden Party designed to delight the senses and celebrate the season’s quiet beauty. Held just before the lavender fields burst into bloom, this intimate gathering is an ode to fresh flavors, slow living, and the magic of farm-grown ingredients.

At the heart of the evening is a lavender-infused charcuterie and passed appetizer experience, an artfully arranged tablescape overflowing with local meats and cheeses, sun-ripened fruits and produce, and thoughtfully curated sweet & savory pairings infused with the essence of lavender. Every bite is meant to be savored, every detail chosen to highlight the simple elegance of seasonal ingredients, and the abundance of the harvest season.

Inspired by the essence of the changing seasons, Chef Paul Serrano of Chez Paul has prepared a lush menu with vibrant colors and flavors to perfectly complement the event. After a 30 year career as a civil engineer, Paul has pursued his passion to be a Chef and to connect with people through food. Starting at the bottom in NH seacoast kitchens, Paul is currently the; Chapter Chef at Alpha Gamma Rho on the campus of the University of New Hampshire; Garden Chef at Bedrock Gardens in Lee, NH, Farm Chef at Lavender Fields in Warner, NH, and is the Chef Owner of Chez Paul Cookery, a personal chef business.

Complementing the feast, our signature lavender cocktails will be available at the Zen Bar—floral, herby, refreshing, and balanced, designed to capture the spirit of early summer in every sip, as well as a craft Lavender Lemon Lager, brewed for the event by our friends at The Last Chair Brewery in Plymouth, NH. With a drink in hand, wander the fields, take in the golden-hour glow, and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the farm as day drifts into evening and the hazy pink sunset streaks across the sky.

Light, folksy, & laidback acoustic tones will frame the event with a serene and laid back ambiance, as Live Music finds its way into the spaces between conversation.
