This one-day workshop will focus on “Painting the Winter Landscape,” focusing on the delights of the New England countryside during the winter months. Participants will focus on light, shadow, value, and composition. The class will begin with a demonstration by O’Brien, with thorough explanations of each step. Students will then have ample time to paint while O’Brien provides hands on assistance. At the end of the class, students will receive insightful feedback on their work.
