Candlelight Yoga in the Barn

6:15pm to 6:30pm : Arrival and Check-In
We recommend arriving no earlier/later than 15 minutes before the class begins to check in and acclimate yourself to the peaceful ambiance of our open-air candlelit barn. Arriving early allows you to fully immerse yourself in the serene setting of the barn and prepare your mind and body for the class. Get settled, sync in with yourself, breathe, and tap into the here and now.

6:30 PM – Candlelight Relaxation Yoga (60 minutes)
Experience a tranquil and rejuvenating yoga session designed to bring harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. This slow-paced practice emphasizes mindful movement, deep stretches, and intentional breathing. The session concludes with guided progressive relaxation and a meditative stillness period of shavasana. Enhance your relaxation by draping one of our heavenly lavender-scented eye pillows for an added touch of serenity, or use our farm made Yoga Mat Spray to cleanse and naturally scent your mat and props.
Held in our candlelit barn loft adorned with twinkle lights and candles, this class offers a uniquely calming atmosphere. Students of all ages and abilities are warmly welcome to join this restorative experience.

7:30 PM – 7:45 PM: Lavender Sweet Treat
Following your practice, indulge in a delightful lavender-infused treat. Savor a refreshing glass of lavender lemonade and a delectable baked good infused with the soothing essence of lavender. It’s the perfect way to cap off an evening of relaxation.

What to Bring
To ensure a comfortable experience, we recommend you bring the following:
Your own yoga mat
A blanket or cozy sweater
Water
Optional personal props such as blocks, straps, or bolsters
Please note that we have a limited supply of mats, bolsters, and straps available in the barn studio that you are welcome to use if you do not own any gear!

Post-Class Bliss After class, linger a little longer to soak in the peaceful vibes. Enjoy complimentary lavender lemonade as you find a cozy spot on the grass or relax in one of our Adirondack chairs. Bask in the post-yoga glow and connect with nature.

Meet Your Teacher Our yoga instructor, Jen, is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of her guests. She is available before and after class to chat, provide guidance, and answer any questions you may have.
