Whether you are a seasoned adaptive kayaker or this is your first attempt at kayaking with disability, SHEI offers this WHIM kayak day with New England Healing Sports Association (NEHSA)! Our friends at NEHSA are trained to equip you in a kayak and provide a safe trip on the lake. Become a kayaker, no matter your skill level or limitations. Adaptive equipment included. 

Time: Morning Session 10am-12pm OR Afternoon Session 1-3pm 

Location: Blaisdell Lake, South Sutton NH

NEHSA has a fee of $30. Scholarships are always available upon request. Payment taken at the event - cash or check (made to NEHSA).

We'd love to spend time with you afterwards at SHEI (just up the road from the lake) for a cookout! Starting after the kayak sessions, around 3pm. Join us for both kayaking & cookout, just kayaking, or just cookout.
